The Jackson County Small Business Incubator (JCSBI) is a project of the Institute for Compatible Development.  As the only incubator in Jackson County, MS, we aim to insure that small businesses are supported in their pursuits.  Support services include free, professional business counseling that allows entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs to gain the knowledge that is needed to make the best decisions possible.  Counseling occurs in all areas of business operations and marketing and includes financial feasibility of the business idea, business planning, governmental regulations, marketing, financing and any number of topics that may be of  importance or concern in operating or starting a business venture. 

In addition to free business counseling, the Jackson County Small Business Incubator offers professional office space in a beautiful, historic building that is convenient to Pascagoula industry, Moss Point, Gautier and only 2 miles off I-10 for others traveling from Ocean Springs or Mobile, AL.  Tenancy in the incubator is subsidized to support your business launch, if you are a new business or new to your first office space in this area.  Tenants have the ability to subscribe to our fiber Internet service and all office spaces include furnishings.  Rent starts at $90/month and includes use of a beautiful conference room that is equiped for teleconferences and presentations, central mailboxes, a common kitchen and a classroom for training events. 

Individuals needing only an address may inquire about virtual office space in a professionally appointed office that includes 4 individual cubicles and a central area for meeting and networking.
